I ate 4 times a day. Min. of 3 cups of rice
Yea I do smoke probably around 10-14 sticks per day
At least 7 hrs of sleep everyday
10 pcs of candies from monday to friday
2 glasses of milk everyday
Workout? 50 push up every other day.
I drink beer every week min of 4 bottles during weekend.
help im getting thinner and thinner althought i gain weight 2lbs last week. bumibigat lang ako pero hindi ako tumabata any suggestion guys?

July 3rd, 2007 07:01 PM #2Ilang taon ka na ba? Ganyan din ako nung teenager pa ako. 15 lbs underweight ako. Nag Herbalife ako, effective naman, tumaba ako in 2 weeks. After ko tumaba, tinuloy ko lang ng mga 2 months ata tapos stop na. Normal na ako ngayon, tumataba kapag sobrang kain.
Disclaimer: hindi po ako nagbebenta ng Herbalife products. Sinabi ko lang kung ano ang ginamit ko.
Kaya ko naman naitanong kung ilang taon ka na, kasi madami naman akong kakilala na ganyan, payat na payat nung bata pa, pero after mag graduate at magtrabaho na at lalo na kapag may pamilya na, nagsi-tabaan na.
try to stop smoking. ewan ko kung may effect sa pagtaba yun o wala pero mas maraming masama ang makukuha mo doon kaysa sa mabuti.
Kung ayaw mo i-try mag herbalife, take ka na lang ng multivitamins, yung mas madaming vitamins na nakalista siguro ay mas maganda, pero para maka sigurado ka, magpa reseta ka na lang ng multivitamins sa doctor mo.

July 3rd, 2007 07:07 PM #3Kaya pala eh. Pag kumakain ka more than 3 times a day, pampabilis ng metabolism yun. Gawin mo normal na lang na 3x/day na big meals. Pampataba talaga yan, damihan mo ng rice. Mag centrum ka din, lakas pataba nito. If wala pa din effect yang mga yan, try taking Whey Protein. Available naman to sa mga GNC outlets.

payat din ako dati (ngayon macho na ako). wala naman ako ginawa kundi kumain lang ng kumain. nung nag aaral ako 115lbs lang ako e. ngayon 180lbs na.

Ako din,kahit anong gawin ko noong college days ko, I still weighed about 130 lbs.
Now, I weigh 180, even if I hardly eat at times. There comes a point in our lives siguro na tataba ka rin eventually. Although I do admit na pag nagutom ako, parang bawi rin yung pagskip ko ng meals (sometimes over-over pa, hehehe!)
If you don't mind me asking, how much do you presently weigh? Baka naman kasi you've reached na your tipping point.

Kain ka lang nang kain. Pag nakaramdam ka ng gutom kain agad. Avoid too much exercise. Ganito ang ginawa ko nong highschool, dahil gusto kong tumaba ng konti. Ngayon kailangan ko namang magbawas ng timbang.

Man, buti pa kayo gustong magpataba, ako gustong magpapayat. Simula nang magfull-blast sa trabaho, ginawa ko ng panlaban ang pagkain sa puyat. Ngayon kabaliktaran nyo ako, gusto namang mangayayat.
