    And how would modern people deposit a cheque via online banking?

    I have transactions with other banks as well (BDO, UCPB, even EastWest Bank) and the wait in line was never as bad I always experience in BPI.

    GH, have you tried sending your complaint to the head office via email? Or make a petition first ( http://www.thepetitionsite.com/ ) then gather signatures before you send a complaint to the head?

    dati rin ako, naghihintay sa pila sa bpi para mag transact, tapos napansin ko bakit may mga taong bigla na lang papasok tapos dire-diretso sa preferred counter? ano ba meron sila, so nag research ako at nalaman ko na yung mga yun pala ay may at least 300k sa savings account, so tinawagan ko yung lintek na branch at tinanong ko pano maging preferred client, at yun nga kailangan at least ^ sa savings, sabi ko e antagal ko ng depositor dyan with that balance, tapos kinuha yung mga accounts ko at chineck, sabay sabing "preferred client po kayo", sabi ko ganun lang yun??! e antagal ko ng depositor dyan wala naman kayong sinasabi sa akin tungkol dyan, transferred 95% of my money to Metrobank

    my advise, always know your privileges, if you don't have the VIP privileges yet then know the bank employees and be friendly with them. i have transactions with BPI,BDO,UCPB,metrobank and all the banks i go to regularly i know every single employee who works there and have conversations with them when i go to the bank personally. i always give them presents lalo na pag pasko, pag birthday ng manager ofcourse may regalo din, pag nakikita ko medyo busy sila or mainit na ulo ng mga tellers nag papa deliver ako sa kanila ng pizza or kahit anong miryenda. in return di na ako pumipila, kahit tapos na banking hours nakaka habol ako basta text ko lang sila kung malalate ako ng konti para antayin nila ako. di lang sa banko ko ito ginagawa halos lahat ng business na regular customer ako so i could get excellent service. basically alagaan mo sila para alagaan ka din nila.

    how would you be able to deposit cheques on online banking? that's the bulk of our business with banks specially Mondays and Fridays...

    tanong ko lang... wala bang mga cheque deposit machine na available para mabawasan ang pila? hindi naman siguro lahat ay cash cheque ang hawak

    agree with UCPB. at maganda ang ginawa nilang renovation sa mga branches. Been a UCPB client since 2000

    totally agree with this. since my parents pa in 1992 kami dito. dapat din sa BPI sana sila kaso bagal daw ng customer service nung pumasok sila para sa retirement fund nila unlike ucpb na para kang nasa hotel ang istima.

    pero client din ako ng metro and bpi(kaso minor lang kami)

    GH; kaya gawin mo ng primary bank mo ucpb lalo na kung ayaw mo pumila. kusa sila magiinvite sa table nila pag valued clients ka. if you need referral PM me lang.

    gawin mo na lang secondary ang BPI at metro lalo na kung mga transactions mo dito e minsan lang i.e. long term time deposit.

    add ko na rin yung delay ng pagpapadala nila ng billing statement for credit card holders. two months ang delay lately. kaya yung mga bayarin mo di mo na masundan. tawag ka sa customer service, then sagot sayo pa-prioritize nila---pero wala rin. ano kayang nangyayari sa mga employees nila. low morale ba or sign of subtle protests directed to management? di naman ako makalipat sa ibang banks kasi ayoko nang dumaan sa kumplikadong proseso. 'tsaka may extension card misis ko dito. at least di ako depositor katulad niyo na may bad experience with their service.

    BDO is worse trust me. Mas mahaba ang pila kasi mas maraming depositors. If you want quick service, go to a smaller bank na mas konting depositors.

    bulok talaga BPI, yun account namin diyan para lang sa mga cheques na BPI na collection but other bank business sa Security and BDO kami..

    Maybe the BDO branch you have is at the mall or besides one. In our area, we have five or six BDO branches in less than half a kilometer stretch. Service is quick and easy at every branch EXCEPT for the one at the mall.

    depende talaga sa relationship niyo sa bank, sa security and BDO where we do our business eh we don't need to stand in lines..basta diretso na sa teller kahit meron pila ang iwan na lang yun mga cheques then balikan na lang ng tao...
