Miss avoid taking coffee or tea, sodas,chocolate also avoid napping/siesta during afternoon.drink morethan 8 glasses of water daily not juices & try to have atleast 30 mins exercise daily coz it will not only make your body tired it will also relieve stress, try it hope it will help😄
