Avoid taking those tranqui especially higher mg. baka mahimbing ka forever not to mention the side effects tsk!
Try mo mag exercise but not before goin to bed,
You practice deep inhaling & exhaling atleast 5 mins, an hour before goin to bed,
Take hot shower before going to bed
Relax your mind count your blessings(Gratitude) Pray always...

I got up at 10 am na but I still feel groggy until now. My immediate boss told me to take the day off na but I have to come in later sandali because I need to submit an urgent report. This is not good at all. I am very very lucky all my bosses are patient with me but I don't wanna push my luck. I texted my immediate boss and apologised and told her that starting tomorrow she will have the "old me" back. The old me that is early and never late for work and submits reports ahead of time.
