I am happy that I don't have insomnia anymore. I had to change some things in my lifestyle lang. Now I am asleep by 1 latest

Hindi ko rin alam. I tried antihistamine before pati sleepasil pero no effective. Valium effective sakin but my Mom does not want me to take it anymore because it can be addictive.

nagkaka insomnia lang ako pag may matinding problema but other than that, tulog na ako agad pag higa ko.![]()
