Naku, baka makulong ang gagawa nyan. If you sign a contract, you are legally bound to it. And if you try to weasel out of it, lagot ka sa employer mo.

They can publish your picture in the papers warning other employers. They can sue you for breach of contract and you'll end up paying more. Worse, you might even be jailed.

i agrreee(kaya nga may tatlong evil na icons), especially if you're in a small company.... but if you're in a big or multinational companies, they won't bother running after you since it would be a bad publicity for them...
