killer, sorry to butt in pre, pero imho, getting a training does not necessarily mean na may salary increase na included. salary increases depend on many factors eh, including company profits/losses, budgetary requirements and availability, etc.

depende yan sa company guidelines nyo o kaya sa agreement nyo during the initial hiring stages tol. in the first place, during hiring, dapat na discuss na yan ng personnel dept.
