We already have an idea on the tiles to use. The living room and dining areas will use mostly tiles but we are planning to use wood planks for the bedrooms.
COVID derailed the construction schedule as we should have been halfway thru but nobody wanted COVID to happen.

Nakowh!!!! (and lower pa pre-ondoy.)
Look at me tsikoteer ngayon pandemic eh napaganda pa sa akin waley gaano traffic, imagine umabot ako monumento caloocan kaninang hapon. Eh pre-covid usually 8pm na ako lumalabas.
NAgpapasalamat pala ako sa mga old old old school engineer architect interior designer na matataas ang pride at quality gumawa. (yes dapat tatlo beses ulitin yung old)

It makes me wonder ilang sq m ang lot area ng bahay ni kags. Nasa 1k kaya? He speaks as if he has so much space.
What I like about modern houses now, they can do so much with the lot, yung 400 sq m ang laki na pag sa modern house, compare it with a house built in the 60s

October 2nd, 2020 02:06 AM #977he did mention, some time back,
that his occupation involves warehouses...
my personal rule for myself, should i ever have a house constructed.
"do not have a firewall." avoid it if you can.
they make for effective heat radiators, they are a headache of water leaks, and they do not present a good-neighbor face to our... neighbors...
unless our neighbor is a diehard tennis or pelota fan. heh heh.Last edited by dr. d; October 2nd, 2020 at 02:25 AM.

I wonder if that is a Chinese thing? Sa company where my Dad worked a number of them have assigned houses behind the factory. Behind the extremely tall gate and wall at the back of the factory/compound parang may mini suburb of a a few houses (less than 10). It makes me wonder if companies still gave perks like that. BTW, I took my course because I wanted to be officemates with my Dad pero ayaw niya LOL

Kung walang spare tire, invest on a Inflator kaysa sa sealant. Inflate the flat tire +10 psi than...
Liquid tire sealant
