get an estimate from someone who knows. get two estimates.
be very descriptive, such that estimator has a clear idea of what you want. indicate clearly type of material you prefer.
remember that today's prices of building materials may not be the same prices next year.

    travs,

You can do it for 10T per square meter ... but you're going to end up wishing you spent a little bit more ...

30k per square meter kung magpapatayo bahay.

Kung renovation lang hindi ka aabot ng ganyan.

Bodega namin yun and I'm thinking of converting it into a livable space. Sayang kasi it's just empty, but I don't wanna spend more than 100k on it Sa YouTube kasi daming mga room makeover and it's amazing what fresh paint and new flooring can do. Most of my budget will go to the bathroom talaga.

Sometimes same lang renovation and new construction. May demolition cost pa kasi.

Pero if walang baguhin sa structural, mas mura renovation.

Yeah depende sa extent ng renovation. Planning also to have some renovation for my condo to make the walls more lively. Parang di naman aabot sa 30k/sqm.

Cost will vary wildly depending on the materials used. Mas maganda, mas mahal. Wilcon has a lot of options for finishing materials.

We have told our contractor that we will be choosing the items for finishing.
