be very descriptive, such that estimator has a clear idea of what you want. indicate clearly type of material you prefer.
remember that today's prices of building materials may not be the same prices next year.

Bodega namin yun and I'm thinking of converting it into a livable space. Sayang kasi it's just empty, but I don't wanna spend more than 100k on it
Sa YouTube kasi daming mga room makeover and it's amazing what fresh paint and new flooring can do. Most of my budget will go to the bathroom talaga.

Cost will vary wildly depending on the materials used. Mas maganda, mas mahal. Wilcon has a lot of options for finishing materials.
