And then, I assume that he will just charge the owner with the amount corresponding to the the interest over a period of time... This is news to me. However, the contractor is taking a big risk here. What if for some reason the owner ran out of funding?... The house is half-built such that in its present state you cannot refund the construction bond?
In my limited experience kasi, the owner(that's me) pays for this, while employing the network of the contractor.
