our house is on stilts.
garahe ang ground floor.

our manang uses her head.
she unties the sack, and uses a big palanggana. it takes several trips until the sack is light enough to manhandle.

I realized now it's important to have a place where one can isolate. Pwede home office. So many things I want to have done pero hirap because of china virus, don't want workers here.

This 1 gets assembled in 2days. No paint required. Comes insulated w/ double glazed windows.
Container comes w/ ceiling panels, electricals, plumbing, floors, bath pre-installed. Just get the pedestals, septic vault, drainage, & mains ready prior to delivery.

Partitioned or open; no. of windows/doors; choice of 1 or 2 baths, etc. That shown open floor plan unit is about P3M excluding pedestals & site dev, which are to be prepped while awaiting delivery. Up in 2days w/ a crew of 6 for that 1. Unit can be permanent or mobile, residential or commercial.

Nakapunta pa lang ako ng batasan road parang once or twice at gabi pa and I stayed 15mintues lang sa loob pa ng kotse so hindi ko pa masabi area jan. Outside true qc na yan. Before ever gotesco ang true qc coming from UPdilman.

Ang masasabi natuwa ako yung going fairview na malapit (not SM Fairview kasi magulo na doon.) Yung straight lang after ever gotesco na may buidlup sa dalawa ba or tatlo intersecton eh maayos na fairview yung mga tabi-tabi fuel station. Better jan kaysa paranaque na pang mandirigma. (pag nasa tollroad mahirap talaga)

Kung yung labas ng filineverst wide ang roads, less squatter, hindi binabaha eh magboboom yan.

Ang question ko lang, ilan kilometers yung filinvest going to commonwealth batasan? How big is the village? Kasi meron village sa marikina marcos highway na ayaw ko kasi from guardhouse eh abutin ng 10 to 20minutes bago makapunta bahay grabe kalaki ng village. Mas prefer ko village na maliit lang yugn from guardhouse eh 30seconds to 1minute bahay na. Tapos 5mnutes naikot mo na village nadaan mo na sidestreet snake. Ganyan lang para magaan buhay.
