Night, pa list mo na ngayon kung ano matatapos pag about ng 30%, 60%, 90%

Progressive billing dapat. Then after check mo every billing sa list kung matapos nga niya before releasing money.

Yun last 10% hold mo yun for 2-3 months for mga punchlist, para sigurado gagawin at babalikan pa.

Sana matapos Bahay mo matiming na tagulan para Makita mo lahat problema

Bro sabi ng isang supplier ko not much difference between the top manufacturers. Also yun din sabi ni jaggerx3, stay away from masonry cement.

The other supplier naman swears Cemex is the most consistent in quality. But he is a Cemex distributor so...

Portland is a brand tama ba? I think I'll just get the Rizal brand. For building of the perimeter wall yung materials. Was able to find hallow blocks also na seems like good quality. Pure white sand daw and walang halo na soil.

Portland is a type of cement. The other commonly offered type is masonry cement. Rizal is a product of Cemex.

Sa CHB best way to test strength is pag umpugin mo sila. Pag nabasag/na damage, konti cement content and mahina yun. Also look out for the shape. Most backyard makers have deformed blocks na wala sa hulog. Magastos sa palitada kasi papantayin ng mason yung irregularities.

Until now wala pa ko nakukuha contractor pero naki pag closed deal na ko sa archi. 55K para sa complete set ng plano. hindi kasi ang materialized yung ka tie up nya na contractor medyo malaki 21K/sqm hindi aabutin ng budget ko ang 300sqm.

Di naman ako nag mamadali yon lang aabutin na talaga ng tag ulan

2 storey mga 300sqm lang total floor area, with swimming pool and land scape
