It's as big as one car? I would think 48k is a good price already a fair deal. Polycarbonate roofing is already 900-1200 per square, if its as big as car so prolly 5.5Mx2.5M is 13.75sqm so that would translate to about 12-15k just for the roofing. You will struggle to get a better deal without lowering the spec of the materials.

Polycarbonate is a translucent roof. That I believe is the material of the canopy in Serendra. It is available in different colors and levels of translucency. If another Glenda or Millenyo comes, expect it to magically disappear. I wouldn't know if its comfortable for a dog because I'm not a dog.

Thanks! This is really helpful. I thought I would spend around 20k for this lang My fat lab does not like polycarbonate because it gets really hot during mid day. Maybe I will ask him to get a darker shade or ordinary roof depending on the cost.

Hindi naman nilipad yung polycarbonate roof namin during Glenda. I guess he designed it really well. Nakatulong siguro yung trellis?
