It is not labor intensive. You will save on labor cost since you will sav manhours on CHB piling, mortar filling and plastering of wall. You do not need to provide columns, or stiffeners anymore.

The big problem is you will invest full on the forms. But there are companies which are renting forms and scaffoldings. Renting could be more cheaper than buying plywood and lumber for scaffolds and formworks. It will be a waste later....
