Kaya ba lagyan ng flat g.i. sheet?

Plain GI will actually be wavy. Integrity of joints & overlaps will be suspect.
Rib-type longspan sheets will be the lasting option. Will be your neighbor's eyesore, but will keep your side dry & free of maintenance.[emoji4]
Waterproofing coats, however they're sugarcoated, will need tedious upkeep stripping, re-application & repairs on collateral damage....Not an IF but a WHEN thing....Been there, tried so many....no mas for me.[emoji13]

Dami scammer at nagpapascam.
hotel living my beautiful ass

April 10th, 2022 08:59 AM #355in the first place,
if you don't hide in the bathroom during a fire,
you won't die in the bathroom during a fire.
so the question is, sa dami ng choices where to go during a fire, why do folks choose to hide in the bathroom during a fire?
do we blame the smallness of the bathroom's window, or do we blame overall house design?
having a big window in the bathroom goes against human perception for need for privacy in the bath.

For one, you can get much needed oxygen by turning on faucets ... as advised by firefighters ... then there's the bathtub ... if there is one ...

April 10th, 2022 10:11 AM #357Huh? Oxygen?
From local volunteer firefighters experience, the smoke will engulf the whole place up. Smoke will enter the bathroom, lalo na kung enclosed. Youll be inhaling smoke. Yun ang actual cause ng casualty.
And turning on the faucet to get oxygen, will just get you burned, bec water heats up easily.

April 10th, 2022 10:39 AM #360Saw this townhouse where it looks like they screwed in flat sheets on the exposed concrete wall. Looks ok. Although parang marami pa rin yatang entrance point for water to seep in. I guess may waterproofing pa rin sa concrete before they applied the flat sheets.
