Kitchen sink drains slowly. Newly replaced ang tubo from the strainer until the p-trap. We have no grease trap.

It seems to me wala hangin sa tubo. Sometimes magde-drain ang I'll see bubbles coming up from the strainer.

Ano dapat ang ipagawa sa tubero? Nung ni-replace ang p-trap may natanggal na ball of sebo from the pipe so I thought yun na ang problem. Apparently, meron pang iba probably deeper down the drain pipes.

    when this happened to us,
the clog was traced to the segment of pipe about 5 feet distal to the water trap.
    grasa, hair, and other slow-bio-degradeables.

There are people who specialize in clearing blocked pipes ... maybe you can find them on FB ...

Always install vents to provide atmospheric pressure into the waste system. This is often overlooked by self-taught plumbers.
One hack on clogged sinks, use your palm to rapid pump onto the strainer. Make sure the sink has water about half or an inch high when your hand pumping.

This is what I do. Learned it from my wife when I saw her doing a CPR like chest compression sa drain. Now I always do it basta mabagal ang baba ng tubig.

I heard a plunger will also do the trick. But my hand is enough.

Plain render. No materiality yet. Gonna change some windows to make them floor to ceiling. But this is the base look.

Its a 4 bedroom house with some nice views which i want to take advantage of.

The property is on a slope so no choice but to build multi level.

    Starting soon. Hopefully! received_387963073211495.jpgreceived_5217300648350993.jpgreceived_376903667881012.jpgreceived_410742800851407.jpg

Will change the windows in many areas. Dont like the casement look.

The glass windows near the pool will be changed to look like this. img-ab60db1540de99a6478eba81b9388ebc-v.jpg

Heres a render of the main kitchen and living area. The open plan intent is to maximize the view and connection to the outdoor spaces. img-f35c358557e98f0aba5cf7b7b73e9153-v.jpgimg-4a7c8ab72b353ab645995a0ab0857e89-v.jpgimg-38c1cf449fea82ef31e2ab968a48ff7a-v.jpgimg-cd7e92c41f063cfbbe5df6334279ca1f-v.jpg
