    i agree.
but it's either that, or recurrent water leakage woes.

Hinde din. Maintain it with elastomeric annually and you won't have that problem. I currently have a 3 story high firewall and that's what I have been doing no water leakage.

    Good job, sir.House Construction
Mutually, owners & builders won't wanna keep goin' back at the same problem. Between low maintenance & no maintenance, I personally prefer the latter, anytime. Function over form, if made to choose.House Construction

That's really just a fraction of 1 side as allowed by the gated community's rules.

Problem ko kita sa kalye ang wall in question. End unit kami ng townhouse at vacant lot ang katabi. I think I'll try the waterproofing paint approach muna. Pag sobrang hassle na talaga tsaka ko consider ang cladding. Besides, may plan pa kaming renovation sa side ng wall na yun.

But you have to do it religiously as part of your house maintenance. I do it yearly.

Can you name the specific paint that you use? Isang type lang ba o 1 type for 1st coating than another for the 2nd to 3rd coat?

May nakikita kasi akong Hydro Lock tapos may Wall Mastic pa.

Wall mastic nga yata yun sa rain or shine. Basta minimum siguro 3 coats mas makapal pag Super rough yun firewall.

Napakswerte mo bro at bakante ung kabila at libreng libre ka to do what you want, linisin mo lang mabuti, power wash, at waterproofing, plexibond or similar plus paint l, elastomeric or better, abot yan 10 year worry free, but kung.may magpapatayo sa kabila, hilamusan mo na agad Ng makapal.
