Contractor wants to adjust the stand offs (button attachments) by filling the hole with cement and reboring thereabouts again. Is this strong enough? I was thinking, rebore a bigger hole, lagyan Ng kalso to fix the standoff and insert epoxy? Need your advice please House Constructionimg_20200820_123357.jpg

If it's possible to use a power sprayer on the wall, that would be sufficient to remove loose paint and debris, then you can apply plexibond 2 coats, which is ideal, while the surface is wet. Then 2 more coats Boysen Acrytex, that's what I did. As Shadow says, maintenance with Acrytex or similar paints.

Edit: plexibond on wet surface pala applies when it is bare pa, ask na lang the paint experts if this is also the case with painted surfaces.

Consult HILTI or Fischer, sir. They have specific compounds for that purpose.

Clad it, sir. 1 go perma-solution. Cementitious, elastomeric, even membrane layers would require periodic stripping & reapplication.

That should be okay if limited, - in our village's case up to 6 meters only.... Not the whole side...

It's that or recurring water problems. That angle isn't public....a neighbor exclusive.House Construction
