Gaisano mall ata sa Toril sir. Then mga school buildings.

If ever you want to invest sa real estate better talaga mga town houses o sarili mo lupa tayuan mo ng bahay. DMCI or DMC are all reputable company pero nagkaron pa din ganyan problem.

Like newly weds, buti kung maraming pera. Earthquake again? Earthquake again?

DMCI pwede bang "complacency" sabihin natin sa kanila? Kesyo marami na silang gawa.Talagang sablay kasi.
Earthquake again?

Doesn't the city engineer inspect these buildings during construction? Or do they just approve it based on the blueprints?

in a perfect world yes, spot/surprise inspection every stage, but their excuse is lack of man power.

one thing is for sure, now any stuff made by dmci is crap.

sila ba ang nakapasok sa top then most richest?

Earthquake again?
