Kawawa mga tenant ng condominium. If ever you want to invest sa real estate better talaga mga town houses o sarili mo lupa tayuan mo ng bahay. DMCI or DMC are all reputable company pero nagkaron pa din ganyan problem. Imagine mo mga high rise dito sa manila yung iba dyan madalian gawa.

DMCI pwede bang "complacency" sabihin natin sa kanila? Kesyo marami na silang gawa.Talagang sablay kasi. Yung sa harapan na condo " One Oasis" by Filinvest wala man lang balita na may cracks.

Doesn't the city engineer inspect these buildings during construction? Or do they just approve it based on the blueprints?
Sop na yang inspection at approval from the City Planning at CEO/OBO. Pero hindi naman nag rerely si DMCI dyan. Kundi sa 3rd party consultants nila at designer. Syempre in house din, everyone inside ops at support group is involved dapat in terms of quality and safety. Pero pwede pa bang punain ang DMCI pagdating dyan? For me, hindi na dapat. Yan na kinain nila e.

dito dapat papasok yung government na pwersahan pabayarin ang dmci. Pag sa attorney mahabang ceremonyas pa yan kasi syempre gusto lumusot or makatipid ng developer.
