    and pag lumindol meron ba kayo open space na pwede mag stay ang tao to be calm.

    No idea sir. Pero, marami na rin ata silang gawa rito sa davao at may ongoing pa.

    Remember yung nasunog na NCCC mall, sila din ang gagawa ng condo. Binentahan nga ako nung pagpunta ko ng S&R, biniro ko pa ang agent "wala kayang multo dyan" at she smiles at me.

    Palmeto place sa kanila din ata situated sa Maa. Now may mga lumalabas na naman na issue na may mga crack ang Palmeto. Syempre naka highlight sila ngayon dahil sa nangyari.

    Sabi nga namin baka magmahalan ang subdivision rito, kasi kahapon lang may mga nag inquire na ng bungalow kasi takot na daw sila sa condo.

    Totoo naman ang press release ng DMCI Homes na hindi sila ang nagtayo ng Ecoland 4000.
    Ang developer at builder ng Ecoland 4000 ay DMC Urban Property Developers.

    Playing safe, the press release does not admit that both companies have the same (some) directors and officials.

    Yung dmc ang questionable. La silang website pero sabi since 1977.

    Hula ko subbbrand nga sila or pet company ni consuji behind.

    Could be like PAL Express, CebGo or those Manila busses who sport the same color motif, but different company name, but in the fine print are still under the same operator.
