This is not unique in the Philippines. Law graduates of the top 20 Law Schools in the US are almost assured of an entry level associate jobs topping $120,000 in annual salary.

I handle hiring/promoting of supervisors and managers in our family business. We are not yet big enough to attract graduates of the top 3 schools but I do noticed that graduates from NCR schools are better when it comes to analytical, communication and presentation skills. Part of my requirement is for an interviewee to explain and analyze sales and inventory data. I'm a graduate of DLSU Manila and hopefully in the near future our family business would be big enough to attract DLSU grads and graduates of the 2 other big schools.
pwede naman if the pay and benefits are right
