Any ideas on what we should do? I mean, it's one thing if we lived there and totally another thing if we're talking about it in relative comfort elsewhere.

I regularly devote a weekend picking up trash along deserted highways. Not now though. Too hot. But, I do get down and dirty (and stinky, sweaty, thirsty, hungry).....and messy. I once picked up a bag and it turned out to be full of human s**t.

Make Brazil great again. Agribusiness accounts for 1/4 of their economy and is the biggest driver of deforestation. They are the world's largest exporter of beef and to create a grassland for cattle raising, they burn the rainforest.

There are so many articles on the internet saying eating less meat can save the environment (reduce greenhouse gas emission). I dunno, they seem easy to dismiss. This thing that's happening in the Amazon is an eye opener.

Ingat sa mga articles na yan.
Yung iba produced by vegetarian and ginagawa nilang vessel yan to promote their way.

No, di lang yan para sa cattle. More likely, mga housing, factory, and new cities to be built.
