Rough calculations w/o seeing suspension & fender clearances: To retain your stock tire outer diameter, go w/ 225/45/17. An offset of 40 should fit nicely....Again, these are calculated guesses.
Note wheel hub bore against stock. Grab a set of proper hubcentric rings. For Subaru wheels fitting your Corolla, you'll need 56.1- 54.1 alloy hubcentric rings.

This action is already compromising public order and safety. What if the driver of the vehicle swerved causing a major accident? The children just walk away and fade?

Being a tad different from the rest of the world does not mean we are already wrong for as long that it is in sync with the local culture and conditions...

I'm thinking dapat may pananagutan yung magulang. Pero sa totoo lang may mga kabataan talagang matitigas ang ulo. Suppose lolo't lola na lang ang guardian tapos may sakit pa. Parang kawawa naman na sila ang magbayad ng action nung bata. Maybe community service for the kid? Seminar? Tapos juvenile record. The parents are actually liable talag if their children commit criminal or negligent acts that causes damage to person or property. Not only minors ha, kahit more than 18 yrs. Old basta under their custody and protection pa.

Problem lang is most probably wala din pera magulang ng mga yan. Kaya nga gala yan eh, wala magulang, busy sa kayod sa buhay.

Another problem is the DSWD and local government cannot fully subsidize delinquent children's rehabilitation in such cases. Funds are sorely lacking. Usually patamabayin lang sa statio ngbpulis maglinis-linis, carwash ng patrol car tapos pauuwiin din sa bahay after.
