i spent over an hour, from 6:15 to 7:30 tonite, to cross naia road along northbound roxas blvd.
motorists along southbound roxas blvd, turning left into naia road, didn't care anymore that their road was hock-full, and that pursuing the matter will just end up with their vehicles blocking northbound traffic.
where were the traffic enforcers, kaya?

Ako Boss Ninja.. Depende ata sa seller at sa nag-assist na agent.. Ayaw irefund nung una, rejected.. pero nag proceed yung refund ko with Shopee. After ko mareceive yung amount sa Shopee Wallet hindi na nga hiningi yung item nung seller..

I did. Seller was from China and it was a hassle free process (credited to my bank a/c). My reason was missing item.
