i did not recognize it at first, because the word was mis-spelled.

tolongges is the movie character played by dyords javier, in the pinoy cowboy comedy movie. see cvt's poster above.
dyords was tall.
dyords supposedly played a character spin-off from the lone ranger.
tall + lone + add superlative suffix, then spell it the filipino way,
