true but the law is a shield not a sword, i would rather have arse hole like cedric lee jailed, imagine if he has done this to an ordinary juan- what is the recourse of that juan.

vhong might be a jerk but what law did he violate? no such law for being jerk except laws on morality, and despite being in a relationship he is still considered single- that's between him and his gf.

BTT: cctv evidence will not tell the whole story.. Maybe they did not present actual witnesses (ex: condo guard, police who took the blotter or anyone who could atleast make the cctv evidence stand)

Plus, the defense make a good argument about the "alleged" illegal detention.. They turn it around and make it a "citizen arrest" which is wise, kudos to them.. The rape case though could be another story, lets see how would they twist them..

CCTV video didn't prove anything, it didn;t prove the serious illegal detention, footage only showed they're enroute to precinct...so I don't know kung saan galing yun nagkabayaran, una ang sabi ng mga fantards nabayaran dahil dapat non-bailable eh bakit naka bail,

but when confronted with the rule ne even if a case is deemed non bailable nasa court pa rin if they will grant or not... so butata ngayon ibang issue nanaman malakas daw evidence yun CCTV...eh yun nga exactly ang reason kaya naka pag bail sila eh, bulok ng CCTV evidence
