Yes...and a shield can be used by hero and villain alike. But just because it's legal(or not illegal) to be a jerk, doesn't mean it's right.

Meron ibang cases ng non bailable offenses nakakapag bail parin after hearing. Pero in the end convicted pa rin. Kayo naman pagbigyan nyo na si judge. Kailangan daw nya ng bagong kotse. Pero icoconvict pa rin daw nya mga yan, para naman ma appoint sya sa higher office.
