    Was that ransom or damages to property claimed by CL. Physical injury is against his will as well, why one is bailable the other is not if both are against one's will ? Then again, if yung magnanakaw eh bugbugin sa loob ng bahay ng isang oras , obviously that's against his will, pwede din mag file ng illegal detention yung magnanakaw following that definition ?
