    Saka hinde porke non bailable wala na talaga discretion pa rin ng judge.

    Hmm, then what's the sense of labelling an offense as non-bailable?

    Non-bailable offense Accused has to apply then upon discretion of court if it will be approved.

    Bailable offense is a matter of right to post bail by the accused.

    Parang si BFF ni lover boy si billy Joe whatever happen he can post bail hinde na kailangan mag decide court. Dahil karapatan niya yun dahil bailable offense lang yun kaso niya

    That's the difference

    Ang bail ba kailangan cash? Diba parang insurance Lang yan, meron percentage lang babayaran parang premium?

    It can be cash or a bond (like insurance), where the accused pays a premium to the bonding company. I'd be very wary if I own the bonding company since Cedric Lee and Zimmer Raz have proven to be flight risks.
