How's M3's fuel economy on Sport Mode?

The sport mode doesn't do anything with regards to timing, tuning or fuel air mixture. It simply increases the RPM shift point to a higher RPM where the engines provides the best torque and acceleration. It AT, it will not shift to 5th and 6th gear. Hence even if your not in sport mode pero hataw ka pa din magdrive, malakas pa din sa fuel.

Ang lakas sa akyatan pag sport and manual mode. Sinubukan ko paakyat from Talisay going to Tagaytay mas matarik pa kay sa paakyat sa Baguio kayang kaya di talaga bibitin pero pag tinangal sa sport mode hirap kahit nasa 1st gear. Pag sport mode 2nd gear mas malakas pa kaysa 1st gear w/out sport mode. Yun nga lang from 14.5 kms/ltr naging 12.5 na lang. Mine is 1.5.

As Nelson has said, there's no difference in power between Sport mode and regular Drive. Your engine just stays at higher revs.

Hindi yan magic button na nagdadagdag ng horsepower.

Ok so it is not fuel efficient when in Sport mode but certainly you'll have a lot fun driving. From 14.5km/l to 12.5km/l is not bad at all for spirited driving.

I wish next M3 will also have an active exhaust when in Sport mode.

    Btw...
    Skyactiv-X is coming.

Wow. 12.5-14.5 km#liter is not bad for a 1.5 engine!

Mga Sir question pls, it happened 3x already so it makes me worry
Parking in the office is so steep and has a sharp curve, 3x na while going up tcs/dsc icon appeared on dash few secs lang naman then after i was out from the parking it disappears naman. There are times it doesnt appear, i noticed kapag i pressed on the gas too hard. Is this a problem or is there something wrong po ba with the car? btw, m3 is just 2mos old with 3k+ mileage on it.

    Thanku so much in advance...

It means your car was losing traction and the traction control stepped in for you to regain grip on the slippery ramp. It's perfectly normal and it means that your car's safety features are working. 😊

Called my SA after reading here that it's available. Unfortunately ang mabibigyan lang yung mga nasa list nila (2017 buyers), wala daw sobra. I wonder kelan ilalabas yung Android Auto/Apple Carplay.

Released mine yesterday afternoon, its a 2.0L R sedan. It's the last car maker I visited for a week but eventually, I fell in love with the car. Fun to drive and too many hi tech features.
