A failing belt tensioner damper should show it leaking & produce a random grinding rattle upon start up on some. If that's good, Stock Engine might be right on some pulley.

Some short squeaks yes but cannot be audible if your in an area that isn't as quiet as is in our village... The loud, long squeaks though are as what you heard on the video when in motion. I may have to submit this video evidence so they'll have to look/investigate more.
Would it still be road worthy? My worry is my schedule doesn't permit me to immediately bring it to the dealership and my other car is on the fritz as well so am stuck using my M3. No error codes BTW.. Can I officially declare my car a lemon? Suspension issues, Faulty side mirror retractors, probable tensioner/pulley issues..
Too early for crank pulley. That will cause you codes. Belts can prematurely go if there is some misalignment or resistance. Other pulleys can randomly fail. Check the tensioner for oil leak. It's that lil shock looking thing on the passenger side of the engine. Visible once you pop the bonnet.

Check your belt condition 1st. If it shows premature wear, some pulley is the culprit. The worst thing that could happen is losing the belt. You'll have to pullover as you won't get the alternator to work. If it's some random bearing sound or a leaky tensioner, you'll be fine. Try not turning the AC on & listen. If it gives you silence, then there's your suspect.

Shoot! These M3's are effin noisy! Generating unwanted noises. Performance is superb but these noises are bugging me. Mine is on front driver side suspension. Have a limited time also to visit dealership.

Better have the engine mounts inspected as well. It took them a while to know that it was my front engine support that was busted and took the long route of having the suspension fixed first before they looked into it. Hence the tiring process of going in the dealership for inspection, releasing the unit and await approval of warranty claim, then going back to the dealership for the actual repairs/replacement. Am already getting tired of going in and out there due to the different issues my unit has.
Lemons do happen. My previous CRV was 1 of 3 identical company issues. I was the unlucky 1. It had rust, AC & suspension issues I got tired of. Swapped that w/ a RAV....solved.[emoji4]

Well, they say Honda's and Toyota's are reliable cars. Maybe 8 out of 10 would be the reliability ratio. For Mazda, only 6 out of 10. I love Mazda, it's just that for a 1 or 2 year old car, there are lots of issues here and there. Kinda pain in the neck. And the dealership are not that really good in terms of servicing.

This guy said Mazda has the worst automatic transmission.

Long term reviews dictate improvements. Let's hope the next 3 will get tweaks the new 6 just got. NVH down, suspension buttoned better...these improvements are shared in the mid part of this savagegeese( main reviewer is a gen3 Mown3r) review...
