I'd go Euro blend full synthetic over US.

Anyone here uses a torque wrench for tightening the wheel lug nuts? If yes what's the recommended setting?
Euro Synthetics won't classify Group III oils Fully Synthetic like the US does. ACEA specs differ from API but would have equivalents. While API sets minimum oil standards in the US, ACEA sets them in EU. The latter's standards cover a wider complexity of the varied range of engine types offered in the market now. Europe has stricter regulations, too. Its oils have to be cleaner & must withstand longer OCIs for pollution management. Car manufacturers have long been introducing their own standards, most of which start with ACEA's.
Hence, some oil brands in the US, like Amsoil & Mobil, would mark their regular synthetics & Euro-blend synthetics distinctly.
When shopping synthetics, don't just look at the brand & label...check the fine print specs to confirm a match w/ what your owner's manual says your engine requires.
