linear pala ang tein high tech, i assumed progressive springs din similar to the s tech, or perhaps it varies from one car application to another? if progressive then rating nila would be the max, ibig sabihin mas malambot sa stock under light loads.

if it is indeed linear, then swak na swak nga yun rates, good as stock nga yan

Yup, M3 HTech is linear & very close to stock rates. Dug into this prior to sourcing & sharing amongst brothahs. The springrates & actual ride/drive comparisons do coincide.
Tein doesn't offer the STech variant for the 3.

Ah ganun ba, anyway did you get a set yourself? Mukha bang parehas yun likod vs sa harap? Based sa tein kasi front are linear and rear are progressive. Di ko alam if tama ba sinasabi nila vs sa mga actual na may units on hand.

Geo, Marc, Hot Hatch have em on. They've nothing but great things to say. Conservative drop, rides like stock....
    Here are the spring rates:
    Stock fronts: 25N/mm
    HTech fronts: 26.5N/mm
    Stock rears: 30N/mm
    HTech rears: 31.4N/mm

Sorry mukang i wasn't clear enough, was actually asking physically/visually if mukha bang parehas na linear yun springs for front vs rear and not the springs rates of front vs rear.

Anyway to those who own one, sir geo, marc, hot hatch, were you able to see if same or not? Linear should be symmetrical yun winding, and progressive medyo tight yun winding sa dulo ng spring, or if may label yun set/manual? Thanks

    I get what you mean....
The HTechs have linear fronts & unique dual rated rears where two separate springs are used at the same time with a special perch in-between them. Here's a pic of them M3 Htechs:

These aren't like the usual progressive H&R & Prokit where the winding gradually spreads.

Just shared how close the rates were to stock. The rears take the initial bumps w/ a softer rate before the 2nd linear rate kicks in. More geared for street comfort than track w/o the unpredictability of full progressive.

Not exactly pure progressive.... If the dual rates were to be graphed, this would be theirs:

The progressive springs would react this way:
