Kia Picanto [Merged]

May nakausap akong driver na madalas problem ng Kia ay yung sa A/T transmission nila.Yung sa kia ng amo niya tumatakbo ng 100km/h sa highway biglang nag Low yung gear niya.
Yung case ko na kapag naka drive ako at hindi umaandar sabi sa akin nung driver naka Low daw yun.
It means palit automatic transmission na yung amin kahit na nasa 36k palang ang mileage since 2006 yung picanto namin..

Ito yung list na pagagawa at mga problema ng koreans*** driving with frustration car namin.

right turn signal lever hindi na bumabalik after ng turn ng steering wheel
automatic transmission possibly replace the whole transmission.Kapag naka drive ayaw ng umuasad kapag mainit na ang makina.
shock mount 5 years ago pa ito naririnig ko na lalo ng umingay ngayon
palit piping after resonator


Minsan pagkakabukas lang ng engine hindi gumagana yung signal niya kahit yung hazard lights walang umiilaw sa gauge.Pag pinatay ko ulit at turn on ng engine gagana na ulit siya.
Nasa 36k lang mileage nito since 2006.

Yan nga karaniwang problema ng matic ng picanto lalo na sa old model. Yung manual tulad ng akin 2005 pa at going 150 km na ok pa naman.

Kapag kabubukas lang ng engine ok pa yung auto tamad transmission pero pag long drive na yun na hindi na siya umuusad. Kapag binigla mo naman ang pag gas parang lulundag.Maririnig mo may thud.Ang technic ko tuloy nasa number 2 then Drive pag umusad na siya ng ayos.
Koreans*** vehicle talaga.
Minsan punta ako sa casa pa estimate ko kung magkano yung auto tamad transmission.

Meanwhile sabi ng nakausap ko na naka Getz shock mount daw pinalitan niya nawala na daw yung toktok sound kapag nalulubak siya.
Sabi ng taga sa casa madalas daw nila pinapalitan ay yung stablilzer link at bushing hindi daw yung shock mount.
Ok pa naman daw ang shock mount ko.
Baka shock mount na lang muna palitan ko next.
Bibili na lang ako ng orig sa nataga sa casa pero pakakabit ko na lang sa labas.
Hirap talaga kapag kalampag na ang ipapagawa hula hula na lang.lolz.

Sabi yung bagong picanto 3 cylinder na lang daw yun.

If getting picanto parts. Get it sa goodgear pasay. And have it serviced sa casa that accepts service na may dala kang parts. Not all casa accepts that or at reputable shops that have lifters.

All old picanto are 4 cylinder s. New picanto are 3 cylinders for 1.1 and 4 cylinders are 1.2

Also I'm selling now my picanto.

Is the 3 cyl picanto better when it comes to FC ba sir? My friend here in the office is still torn between the mirage and the picanto. She's a girl and she wants the picanto so bad because of how it looks pero she heard a lot of bad things regarding its FC.

Sabi sa akin nung taga Kia na mechanic dun sa westgate Alabang mas tipid daw yung 4 cylinder na picanto compared sa 3 cylinder. Sa tingin ko iba pa din yung 4 cylinder na 1.1.

Hi all. I have a Kia Picanto 2006 model. Still runs ok with 48K mileage. I want it have the suspension checked out and probably have the clutch replaced. Which shops do you guys recommend? I haven't had my Picanto serviced outside of the casa and these were all with in warranty checks and tuneup/change oil. All in all satisfied with my 2006 manual Picanto.
