2011 KIA Sportage (GEN 3)

Since we all got our Sportages from Kia Las Pinas, I have the same HU as Twinnies, Daisson77 and Peejabi. The screen is high def but I suppose is inferior to branded units like Pioneer. But it has GPS, BT (for handsfree calls), TV, iPod connectivity, rear camera hook-up, and USB/SD card playback capability for mp3/m4a/avi. Here is a demo by the supplier of Kia Las Pinas

Should have gone all the way to las pinas pa. Naikot na namin majority of the kia dealers looking for the best deal. Hindi naikutan yung south side haaaay. Sayang

By the way, what kia dealer would you recommend na puwede magdala own oil and original parts? I just saw the per liter prices of oil with Kia dealers and they are priced really high...highway robbery na.

thanks sir dockiks, si lurker car pala un supplier nila. i know lurker's price plays around 30K~ for the package pero magkano kaya if i-source from KIA las pinas? Reasonable patong ba?

1,400 yung Paint Protection, around 3 hours siya. Every 3 months siya pinapagawa. Or you can opt for their Optiguard package, bale 3 Paint Protection sessions yun, tapos yung 4th session is full exterior detailing. Alam ko discounted lalabas pero you have to pay for the entire package up front. (Disclaimer: hindi po ako taga-big bert's ha. )

Ang plano ko sir, weekly car wash ko sa bahay. May informative thread sa exterior detailing section kung paano. Tapos once or twice a month, magpapa-wax ako. Pero may certain type of wax na dapat daw iwasan para hindi matanggal yung protection.

Okay lang sa iba yung car wash and wax basta marunong sir.

sir ako sa suking carwash lang ako nagpapa paint protect and wax package approx P800 w/buffing machine na yun dito lang sa bf. Meguiars naman mga gamit nila, so far maganda naman. Hirap kasi sa BB dami tao madalas hehehe wala nang maparadahan at matagal din ang antayan.

I have no idea how much the HU+camera costs if you have to pay for it in Kia Las Pinas (kasi freebie lang sa amin). But I know that Kia Alabang quoted P32k for the package if I get it from them. Si Lurkercar din ang supplier nila. Then I introduced him to Kia Las Pinas kasi the set-up of their first supplier wasn't good at all. I complained about it, and they replaced it after they got Lurkercar as the installer/supplier. In Sulit.com I think his price is P31K

Peejabi...hi. Noticed you have k emblem wheelcaps pala. Pinatong mo lang ba sayi over the kia cap? Flush ba yung fit or nakaangat kasi the stock kia wheelcap naka emboss at angat yung kia brand so baka hindi lapat. Thinking ko kasi yung kia emblem can be pried of the main wheelcap tapos i replace yung k logo. Isa pa naisip ko kung once piece lang yung wheel cap is to either sand down the kia logo para ma flat sya or ukitin ko yung kia sa adhesive side ng k logo para bumaon sya. Just want a flush fit across the edges kasi.
