Change air filter.
Case to case basis talaga ang carens natin, i experienced loss of power too a few months back. Inuna ko mag palit ng fuel filter, no effect. Then change air filter, ayun, lakas ng hatak uli.
Hello fellow Carens owners... Mukhang naglqlabasan na problema.ng rides natin... Ako naman last Apr2011 pa-akyat Baguio parang same experience din ni DieselNUBI...Talaga avoid.na.lang natin idling as much as.possible...proven na salot(soot maker) kasi yan....
So Ser DieselNUBI naayos na kotse mo?
hi fellow carens owners, meron na ba nakapag change ng timing belt sa inyo.. what is the ideal milage for philippine climate. 80K ba is too soon or tama lang.. i'm planning to have it on my 80K sabay na rin ng serpentine belt, egr cleaning. Sa Kia alabang ba safe magpa gawa duon.. thanks in advance.
ser ilang taon na Carens nyo? i guess your best bet is to follow the Owners Manual. from what i recall though ang nasa Euro cycle ay around 160Tkm.... interval...kung Phil. condition siguro 100-120T km.... baka si ser Joshua_Ching pa lang ata nakakapag-palit ng T.Belt...
no experience din po abt. Kia Alabang, pero mukhang ok naman sila..i visited them one time to inquire about EGR cleaning...i just didn't go thru with it...
I also experienced this surging thing for the past few months pero nung nagpa update ako ng ecu last sept 2012 e totally nawala ito. Nalinis na egr and just last month, nilinis ko yung maf sensor. Ater i cleaned the maf, medyo gumaan ang takbo.
I decided to have my first "5k" pms and i have decided to have it done outside of casa for the first time. I already bought an oem oil filter (mobis) worth 650 pesos and 6 liters of Petron Rev x all terrian fully synthetic oil (2,820 pesos *470/liter sa isang autoparts seller vs 537/liter sa petron station mismo).
Hi guys. Where can i have regular maintenance like change oil outside of casa for my carens? Will gas station mechanics be knowledgable enough to do it? I plan to just buy the filters and oil outside. Casa service getting expensive although I'm still trying to maintain it as the unit is still under warranty. Thanks in advance for your inputs.
Question lang sa fellow Carens owners, why do you think the resale value of Carens is much lower than a same speced Innova?
When I first decided to get my Carens way back 2007, I was thinking na "for keeps" na talaga, kaso, every 5 years meron kaming car plan na kailangan kong i-avail.
