Doon sa mga nagpalit na o nag-update ng sound set up, sinabihan ba kayo ng Kia na baka ma-void ang warranty ninyo? Balak ko kasing palitan ang 4 speakers ng Infinity, tapos magdagdag ng 1 amp, saka isang 8 or 10" sub-woofer. Siguro 8" is good enough dahil di naman ako mahilig sa boom-boom-boom na tunog..Gusto ko yung quality sound lang..

Lahat naman po ng casa would tell you na ma void ang warranty once you modify or add anything to the electrical system, just make sure lang po you go to a reputable car audio shop to have your system installed para sigurado po kayo sa trabaho, some shops give warranties on their works. Some of the more known shops around are: Mickey's (Pasig Area), Fuzed (formerly JackHammer audio) (Whiteplains), Ginza (Banawe), DB Audio (Mandaluyong), JC Car Audio (QC), C&J (Cainta), Autoline (Makati), Araneta Car Accessories (Araneta Ave.), MASPRO (Banawe), Candyshop (Banawe), AI (Marikina), EE Pro Audio (Pasig), Audio Logic (Banawe), Bluprint Audio (Parañaque)... wag po kayo magtipid sa shop na papagawan nyo para sure po kayo na quality ang trabaho.... Just my 2 cents...

Problem ko din yan, ilang balik na ako sa Kia Mandaluyong, di pa rin nila makita. Sabi sakin nung isang mechanic, nakagawa na sila ng same problem, yung right rear coil spring yung tumutunog. Manipis daw yung rubber bushing kaya minsan tumatama sa mounting. Ibabalik ko sa thursday para ipaayos, babalutan nila nung rubber hose yung coil spring mismo para di na tumama sa mounting. Ganito din daw yung ginawa nila sa isang carens na dinala dun, same problem.

Pinalitan nila ng bagong shocks yung left and right rear around 3 months ago, kala nila yun yung problem pero bumalik din yung tunog. Covered ng warranty lahat so don't worry.

ganda yan sir at least most of us are aware of that kind of issue. Balitaan mo na lang kami sir kung ano result. thanks

mine has 225/55/17, medyo nagbago ang ride pero comfortable pa rin...yes ride height is increased. plus rear suspension lift, ayos, no more sayad

good day guys. i would just like to ask if anyone here has seen the kia carens in top gear magazine? i would want to read about the carens so that i can have additional info on it. i also love collecting the magazine, but only if they feature cars i like. so if any of you guys hve seen it, pls post the month it was featured.not necessarily the cover page,but any article about it.

i also would like to add that i really love this forum.though i dont have the carens yet, i feel that i truly understand how the car works. i get to imagining the descriptions some of the members describe here. everytime i read a happy experience from a satisfied owner,i believe i commit one of the seven deadly sins,ENVY. hehehe

i just pray that someday, i do have the resources to buy this amazing car.

I think Metro Walk would be a better location parking-wise... officer din po kase ako sa Vios Club Philippines and we usually hold EB's or GEB's at a place where our cars can be parked closely to each other para mas madali ang silipan ng modifications... Metro Walk is a good venue, another good venue would be The Fort, sa parking area ng Bonifacio High Street, medyo maluwag dyan on Saturday Afternoons, kung south area naman, I suggest sa west gate... ok din ako on both dates preferably afternoon para mas madali humanap ng parking area... usually 3-4pm ideal for EBs...

oops, im sori. i wouldnt want to sound presumptous regarding the carens club forum since i dont own a carens would it be ok to join that new forum eventhough im not a carens owner, just a fan? i just love reading the carens' owners comments and looking at the pix of their nice cars. i just turn green evrytime i see the cars. especially the white one with the cool mags. but ol the cars are nice to look at as well.

di ko pa binalik sa casa yung carens ko, nawala yung tunog eh, i don't want to modify anything in the suspension, last resort ko na lang yun if ever. try mo muna magpa-re-tighten, baka makuha dun. if ever na bumalik yung problem, babalik ko na rin sa casa.

I changed my rims to 18's and my tires to 225/45/18.. I don't know if there is a difference in the speedometer reading and the actual speed kase I don't really rely on the accuracy of the speedometer, its just there to give me an idea how fast I am going...

sabi sa manual you have to change the steering box if your changing to 225/50R17, nagpalit ka ba? pa-post naman ng pics ng carens mo! thanks!

ako po 245/35/19 pro mas tama yun 225/40/19. plan ko try mag palit 235/40/19. pag mas malaki pa tingin ko sasayad na cya. steering gear box d na ko nagpalit, ingat lng cguro pag turn ng steering wheel dapat umaandar para less yun load sa gear box. mahirap na compensate yun 10% ng speedometer masyado malaki, pag nag palit ka ng 225/40/19 2.3% lng dagdag sa speedometer.
