For me I follow on what is posted on the door. Don't follow what they tell you in dealerships. When I got my unit, one tire has 48 and the other has I think 42. I forgot the tire pressures of the other two. I was like what the f**k!? Since I don't know what to follow, I just read what was posted on the door.
mga pre, tire pressure is totally up to the owner, recommended lang po yun sa door panel and kung ano sinasabi ng tech sa casa or somwhere else... preloaded sa plant ay nasa 40psi range.. but depende yan sa car owner.. usually nasa 30-35 iload ng ibang owners... having lots of air inside your tire would mean bouncy ride..
Welcome po dito sa thread. My suggestion as to where to bolt-on your horn:
lotsa space behind the bumper.
alternative retractable bed covers by Pace Edwards, all black: feedback from roll-up users say that Carry Boy is the most durable in the long run.
Yung 7.5km/li na consumption nyo po ay medyo malakas than the normal that I experience which is no less than 10km/liter on city driving. Pareho po tayo ng unit model.

I have used Pace Edwards in my other pick up and I think it's suffice to say that it's durable, just don't allow others to sit on it or don't put any heavy objects on top of it. My 1st Pace Edwards that I bought from Ride Inc, just in front of Carryboy Banawe, it lasted for 3 years. Why? Because kids played on top of it and the bars snapped. I replaced it again with the same roller top. For my Dmax, I used a motorized roller lid that I got from Carryboy. So far so good. You could also inquire in Goldcars or Goldrich and they are both in Banawe.

Thank you for the warm welcome and your response. 1st time ko lang gumamit pick up and 1st time din diesel, although I've been thinking about it for years already. I don't regret buying the unit, 2years na siya sa kin. BTW correction po, LX (not LS as I earlier stated) 4X2 and automatic po yung sa kin. Would you know if the 7.5km/li is ok sa ganito model? Medyo na confuse ako, kasi as i've said 1st time lang kasi ako gamit ng diesel, i have no basis for comparing
I've seen yun bed cover models from Carryboy and Ride.
I have used that soft tonneau prior to using the Pace Edwards roll top way back almost 9 years ago which I got from Ride Inc too. If you didn't consider the roll top since the capacity of the load that you could put on top of it is 200 lbs, you might not consider that soft tonneau too. I don't think you could even put 50lbs on top of it. It's just like a canvass which is supported by aluminum bars that could easily snap too if you sit on it. Anyway, just a question. Why are you concerned on putting something on top of that roll top? Just push it to open and you have the whole truck bed to put on.
I am not really sure if they still sell that product. You could try your luck Ride Inc., Goldrich and Goldcars.
With regards to fuel consumptions 7.5 km/li city drive is fine. Mine is auto 4x4 LS 3.0 non crdi averaging 7.8 mixed city and highway drive. I used to own strada w/ 4d56t non crdi averaging 9 km/li but manual. I don't buy that idea that to achieve more mileage/li but then you have to sacrifice the speed while driving. Let's enjoy the comfort of our rides..![]()
hi everyone, nag EB na kami ni sirbugoy here sa cebu. sayang hindi nka pag join si romel, anywayz, grabe ang ganda ng dmax ni srbugoy, pimp talaga.. keeps you drooling... ganda.. hehe![]()

srbogoy, punta kayo dito bohol.. hhehehehe.... d2 tayo mag EB.... hows satrday?? hahahaaha....
Mga bro dito ako thailand if you need something for your truck like shock or other things na pang off road let me know you can PM me.
*mods sorry po just want to assis our tsikot bro's kung me kailagan sila, tnx.
Sir RNA800 -thank you for your reply. With regrds po dun sa tanong niyo why I'm considering soft tonneau, I was thinking kasi if I don't have to cover the bed, i can leave it at home (sabi kasi dun sa web site naka velcro lang siya). I'll just put it on kapag kelangan lang. Yung roller top, I have no plans of putting anything on top of it pero I'm worried na baka lundagan ng mga bata. Baka gawing jumping board hehe medyo me kalikutan kasi mga bata dito sa min. Mabuti kung paisa-isa sila, eh pag nagsabay sabay, patay. hehe I've been to pacer and Carryboy before and seen their models. I'll visit Goldrich and Goldcars.
Sir Juneljr - thank you for sharing.
*dadz: Thanks, bro. PM ka nalang namin in case na may gusto kaming ipabili diyan.
*altis_1001: I think the roller top is the redesigned version of the soft tonneau. Snap on lang kasi siya so anyone could open it. I don't know how, but it just gets remove. Kaya pagdating sa destination, bukas na ung bed, though not fully open. For the roller top, when it comes to putting things on the bed, it's safer since it has a lock and it's sturdier. Kung ang problem mo naman is baka lundagan ng mga bata, always make sure that if you park it, leave it open para doon nalang sila sa bed maglaro. One thing is certain, those products are not water tight. Good luck in your hunt for that tonneau.
My odometer already reads above 9400+ kms and I haven't heard that for quite sometime. Before I used to hear that every time but now I guess it just disappeared. Even before, that sound comes and goes and I just got tired hearing that so I didn't pay attention to it anymore. With regards to claiming it with the warranty, I doubt that they will honor that since you already incurred 15k kms, for sure they will just tell you that it's just normal wear and tear. I think if your truck still runs ok and you could still bear that sound, just don't mind that and let it wear out first than replacing it right away.
* Denver Max
the trrruuuggg sound comes from the ABS. that's what i also notice on my max whenever i reach 35kmh. but its intermittent sometimes it sounds sometimes it won't. Regarding sa clutch na noise it's normal daw because i have several friends w/08 dmax's they also have the same sound like i have on my max.
*rna800
everythings ok aside from the sound most likely i'll let it wear out first they wanted to chage me 7,2++ for the cable para mawala daw ang sound. Told the casa nxt tym nalang kung sira na talaga.
*kikoy
in my case the sound sometimes happend just after applying the clutch ex. before stopping sa stoplight and sudden brakes well maybe i"ll have to w8t and see
tnx sirs ride safe.
I just wanna share. Last week I went to Philseco in Subic and in SCTEX, I tried the top speed that my Dmax could reach. It only reached 174kph and up to that point, the needle didn't want to move anymore. I don't remember my RPM but I bet it's already near the red. I tried to press harder just to put a little bit more speed, but I guess that's it. I didn't want to strain the engine too much so I released the pedal. My speed was playing around 150 to 160 kph througout the whole stretch of SCTEX though. In NLEX, I didn't push my luck. I just cruised around 115 to 120 only.
