Ang bank around 5 to 6% per year. At may promo cla na all in din that means libre chattel and insurance. But sa in house pag kinompute mo lalabas ng almost 9% per year. Actually may kita din c dealer sa bank p.o. dahil may dealer incentive cla. That means they get .5 to 3% earnings from the loan amount. Thats why if you loan from bank they have different rates for different brand of car and of dealer. May dealer na nag bibigay ng 0% d.i.(dealer incentive) but very rare na. Except for unit na d mabenta. But for this isuzu hot pa sya ngayon kaya baka umabot sya ng 3% d.i.. that means if the bank rate is 16% in 3 years it will be 16 to 19% in 3years depends sa negosation ng bank and dealer. Pero mas mura padin compare sa in house. Thats why some dealer humihingi pa ng add ons para ma prioritize yun cash buyer. Like nangyari sa ford ranger a/t last year. Humingi ng 10k extra sa friend ko. Para ma prioritized sya. Sa sobrang sabik nya pinatulan na din

Just to share what my computation on Bank PO vs In house financing:

    20% DP * 5 yrs to pay:
sa In house ang tubo nila is P530,351
sa Bank (BPI or PSbank) - P296,420

    Difference of P233,931

I was disppointed yesterday but what can I do hehehe. "Sabi" si SA meron DAW dadating by next week pero nung tanungin ko kung SURE na yun, d na makasagot ng deretso at ang sinasabi lang e "Sure ako Sir na makakakuha ka this year!" hahahahaha

I even asked kung anong kulay ang pinaka madami dinala sa kanila at yun nalang kukunin ko pero wala pa na daw, na allocate na daw nila lahat.....

Kwentuhan? Sure, any tips from another user is highly appreciated

Kaya sa ngayon mahirap kumuha ng unit pag bago pa lalo't hot item.

Antay na lang natin lumabas yong Everest or Fortuner next year para may competition at mas-ok na kumuha ng MuX.

Nakaka turn off talaga yong mga ganitong practice.

Sinimulan kasi ng Ford with the Ranger eh.

Ayun...

Compounded yung in house financing, samantalang sa Bpi at BDO, mga 10% to 11%p.a.

    Aprub! ^^

    Agree.

The new Everest is just 3 to 4 months away. Medyo ma-distort ang demand for MuX somehow pag lumabas yon.
Doon ako ngayon makipag haggle sa Isuzu Dealers. he he.

Tama!!! Patience is indeed a virtue. Kung may ride pa naman kayo, wait for the all new everest and the upcoming Fortuner.
