    I was expecting a major interior overhaul sana for the facelift, wala naman masama sa current design pero medyo dated lang talaga tignan. Naiinggit lang ako sa dashboard ng twin niya. 😂

    Oo nga, kahit ako eh yun din talaga napansin ko sa kanya. Sa interior parang olats sya. Yung dashboard pati narin door panels sana inupdate man nila ng mas luxury-oriented gamit nadin ng better materials tulad ng sa counterpart niya, maliban dun sa updated engine at tranny.

    Kaya na-turn off ermats ko eh nung chineck namin last 2015. Sobrang baduy daw ng loob kaya di niya nagustuhan pero sa labas, mas okay pa siya tingnan kaysa dating fortuner or montero. Hays pero kahit ganun, mas tinitingnan ko parin ito kaysa tb or current monty. Sana dumating din ang interior update na yun para mas maging sulit sa mata ng iba.

    Have you seen the updated interior? Ok baman psti yung hard plastic iba na material. Same placement but softer to touch ung interior ngayon.

    Price of 4x2 is 1.6m. Montero gls premium is 1.740m less 100k. But the premiun is a 2017 model

    ^Yes, good thing na better and softer materials na ang gamit nila sa dash pero like me, marami pa rin gusto makakita ng redesigned dashboard for it, something that would look more premium like the one in the everest para di naman sya magmukang cheap. Pero at least di na all hard plastic ang naka-surround sa dash. This might mean na may parating na na update which will have a redesigned dashboard, center console and the front door panels as well. Sana tama ako at ito yung magiging future or next update sa mu-x.

    Sana nga manlang katulad ng dashboard ng trailblazer. Hehehe. Pero the updated one now is not bad at all. Ang binabayaran talaga sa isuzu is the engine and the car overall. In terms of interior always behind hehe

    Yes, yung engine nga talaga muna ang inuna nila para maging on par sa competition hehe. Pero they can't borrow the design that chevy uses now for the tb since sa models lang nila exclusive yun. So magdedesign pa ang isuzu ng version nila for that one. Who knows, baka magmukang astig pa kaysa kung ano ang nasa tb ngayon lol.

    Kung kakatukin mo ang dash ng mitsu walang soft padding. Lahat pkastic hehe. Pero ang ganda din talaga ng loob ng mitsu. Driver centric. I love how you can relax your arm sa armrest na mataas hehe.

    Tru but its very practical ang functional. Easy to use.

    Pero tama lagyan lang ng mga numero sa palibot kaha de yero na lol.

    Do you mean the new monty's interior? That's good to look at with a premium feel but the problem is that for the a/t variants, the center panel's extending shape on the front which has nice accents takes up some space of the driver's legroom, as well as the front passenger's. In this case though, the right knee of the driver or the left knee of the passenger may hit the side of the panel, which can be annoying, especially for the driver. That's also the advantage of the mu-x when it comes to space but i also want to see better and thicker leather seats too next time.

    We used to scout kasi an suv before last 2015 kasi my family was looking for a replacement sa gen 2 monty namin. When the new one was launched, chineck namin sa showroom and tiningnan ang loob. My observation was that masikip parin sa loob at yun, tumatama yung kanang tuhod ko sa panel which is sa a/t lang pero sa m/t hindi naman ganun.

    We also checked the mu-x and based on my observation, mas maluwag siya sa loob kaysa monty. Maybe due to a wider width or because the leather and plastics used inside aren't as thick as the monty's.

    Kaya i was able to compare them eh. Wag naman po sana basagan ng trip dito boss.

    Hindi naman ito basagan ng trip, kung walang actual experience sa pag gamit sa day to day ng sasakyan huwag mag comment ng mali. I'm just wondering ako owner ng gen3 5'8", 165 lbs at hindi ko naman na experience yung sinasabi mo.
