Care to take photos of the wheel wells? Best to bring it up with the dealer. I'm planning to have it rustproofed with ziebart after the dealer fixes it for peace of mind.

Subukan nyo tangalin yun mga plastic cover dun nyo malalaman na need talaga full rustproofed. Be sure lng na tatangalin nila pkastic para lhat n pang ilalim malagyan.

if your windshield is attached to the body the same way as most other cars, ok lang po yan.
the real water seal is a thick bead of butyl adhesive sandwiched between the glass and the metal frame. you can't see it, po.

You're referring to the windshield drain plastic scuttle, it's removable kaya normal lang yan. I've once detached this and removed all the dirt and dry leaves that clogged the drainage.Attachment 34706

On a personal note, ok sakin. I blanked our 2012 montero and 2015 fortuner. I wouldn't go as far to say it is imperative pero with my driving majority city ang bilis dumumi ng egr upon inspection.

Thanks for the photos. Wala naman ako na notice rust developing sa spots na iyan. Ang sa akin, mostly sa beam, across it and welds ng beam to chassis. Pero ayun nga, kailangan talaga ng rust proofing pa rin pala. Ayaw ko naman matulad sa Navara na nababalian ng chassis dahil kinain na ng kalawang.

Sir may tanong po ako. What if mag malfunction po ung push start button ng mux? Is there any other way to start the car? Pwede ba e bypass ang push start sir? If hindi pwede ma bypass, pwede ba mag pa install ng key ignition sir? Dba may provision naman dun sir?

There is a recall for mu-X and D-Max, sa mu-X harness while sa D-max harness and brakes ata.. You can call you dealers for the affected production dates, basta 2016 models..

Sir saan pa ung susi.an nun? Kasi sa nakita ko sir naka takip un. Pwede nyo po ba mapakita sakin sir? Nag aalangan po kasi ako kumuha sir dahil sa push start. Baka pag nag loko hindi ko na ma pa andar ang tsikot..

Push start button is pretty robust. I don't think you should worry about it failing anytime soon. In all probability more things will wear out faster on your car before the button.

Dba sir mas prone masira ang electronics? So pag nagkataon hindi mo na ma start engine mo pag pumalya.. during worst case scenario sir pag nangyari yan.. is there any other way na ma start mo engine mo?

Sa Isuzu Bulacan nakakita ako ng pearl white 2.5 A/T noong 50,000 Km PMS namin, nadagdagan lang yata ng Cruise Control. 1.378M sa price list nila. 🙂

Sir that is a very sweeping generalization kapag sinabi nyo po na mas prone masira electronics. Syempre it depens on the use duty cycle at alaga mo. Remember ang use nya mainly is just to start and turn off the car. I'll bet your radio will see far more use than that. My cousin has an early mu-x kaya wala pa start button but just as per my own experience. My 2005 car had a start stop button never did it fail me until I sold it in 2012 and 82t kms later. Napalitan ko window regulator water punp alternator bearing but not the switch.
