Bakit naman masama? Ang masama lang dun sayang krudo at nagpopollute ka.. pag nagmamaneho ka sa traffic jam naka idling ka din halos ng ilang oras diba.. 😂

Ganon ba sir, sana nga hindi naman msyado nakakaapekto sa engine hehe sarap kasi sa loob ng mux malamig tapos hind malakas kumain nv diesel.

Masmadalas bukas ang egr valve mo nyan sir, meron kami kasamahan na naka dmax from batangas ginagawa yan kasi ofw may ari and hindi marunong magdrive natira sa bahay so nagstart and idling lang thinking it would be good for the engine.

After several months nag check engine, ang sabi sa kanila ng casa sira ang egr w/c cost him around 19k.
I'm not saying na it will happen to all who do it but there is that possibility . It is also what we advise ofw owners, gamitin un sasakyan kahit iikot lang sa neigborhood o pag grocery instead na patakbuhin ng nakaidle ng matagal.

Ginagamit ko naman si mux ko mga 4x/week.
Siguro bawasan ko nalang pag idling ko para makasigurado din at bawas polusyon.
Naka stock lang mux ko, hindi po ko naglagay ng egr plate ba yun. Sana ok lang minsan hehe

Baka barado lang ang egr valve/cooler. Bago pa ang ssakyan, di basta masira egr valve nyan. But knowing how casa is sigurado palit component yan. short cut, fastest fix. 😞

Try to pursuade your SA to throw in the window visor for free.

Ayaw pumayag. I did not force the issue. Payong nga wala na daw hehe. He just gave me a miniature mu-x as an additional freebie. Will post a pic later.

Spare tire lock you could buy one at any hardware store in the mall just ask the attendant for the Top of the line motorbike lock it wouldn't excee 900 pesos. And if you have the budget include the spare tire cover too it costs around 3k pesos. For the utility box contact sir Emil( Oakley Custom Lenses | Facebook ).

Actually, one of the service attendants from isuzu q avenue suggested that I use a cable lock (yung ginagamit daw sa motor) but I decided to buy instead the spare tire lock from hektorsky.

Accessories that I installed for protection is yung Side stepsills and rear bumper step sills to prevent scratches.

Saan po kayo bumili? How about the rear bumper guard/step sill, what kind did you buy? Yung may chrome na makapal ng konti natatakpan ata ang parking sensors.

Medyo disappointed lang ako sa stock tint na kinabit (solar magic black) kasi medyo kita pa din mula sa loob unlike our 3M magic black tint sa rav-4 na hindi ka kita sa loob pero maliwanag pa din ang labas. Before anyone gives me the accusing finger (manyak tint), it's for protection during night driving against criminals and criminals-would-be. I should have availed of the offer of 3M tint for 7,000.

Matting were also given pero manipis kasi and since rainy season is official, I decided to buy auto foam nomad matting from ace hardware (2 yrs warranty)

The Isuzu SA (who's already 70 yrs old) gave me this freebie

Can I ask what cleaning materials should I use? Ok lang ba yung microtex saka washmitt? Ano ba ang tamang gamitin?

-clean the car with shampoo use the washmitt starting from the top to the bottom part. Use a different washmitt or kahit sponge nalang for the wheels, stepboard.
-For drying use microtex elite drying towel or microfiber drying towel or a chamois, buy two; one for the car and one for the wheels and stepboards.
-Apply two coats of wax preferably this week
-Every month apply one coat of wax
- If you don't have time to wax the car yourself, you could opt for Ziebart diamond gloss protection every 6 mos. and reapplication

May kasamang 3m double side tape and then the apply rugby para maidikit ng husto. No it doesn't block the sensors actually it is vey helpful lalo na kung black kotse mo and may reverse camera ka madali mo makita kung malapit na since kita mo yung MU-X doon sa bumper sill

Its good that you didn't avail of their 3M tint at 7K. Search in facebook "HPM Auto and Audio". They are an official distributor/installer of VKOOL tints. If I'm not mistaken, it cost me around 8K to have my MUX tinted using VKOOL OEM-5 (darkest). Full windshield na po. I posted details in this thread - search nyo na lang po. Cheers!

Just got back from the farm. It's a very sunny day today so not much mud but I'd like to say walang problem sa traction even on some light to medium mud. Tires were even at 30 psi. Very satisfied with our MUX

Nice Turbo D, ako din last Sat, di ko nadala pabalik ang kambing, but i have the diaper ready hahaha, di pumayag misis kasi ang likot ng kambing at ang ingay.. ayaw nyang more than 2 hrs makikinig se mmmmeeee ... hahaha ...

by the way I'm thinking na palitan ang under-front skid plate nang 4x2 natin na Resin to Steel (gaya sa 4x4 stock), kasi sa rugged application natin.,.. minsan talaga nasasagi ang under chassy sa sobrang taas or drop off or uneven terrain.

I will check pa if meron sa auto part shop, i will share photo if ever magawa ko. cheers.
