Casa won't clean it, mawawalan sila ng negosyo sa egr assembly replacement. I know a shop that can clean it, CSR Autoworx Las Piñas. They can also do what casa isn't doing, like intake/exhaust manifold cleaning.

Walang butas papunta sa loob yun if ever man nagbutas ka sa A pillar. Hollow, double wall yun eh. nangyari na kasi sakin yan pero sa Hilux. Yung dulo ng drain pipe nayupi kaya ayaw na magdrain, ginupit ko na lang para magkaron ng opening.

Replaced OEM cabin lighting with Philips Leds

I inquired about EGR cleaning in Isuzu San Pablo.
They said that they do not recommend opening/cleaning it unless something is wrong with it.
"Why mess with it if it's working fine??"

Has anyone tried asking other casas about it?

I did try to ask guys in Isuzu Cavite, they noticed mine is blanked and even removed my egr pipe. Nothing extraordinary or anything, not unlike Isuzu Pasig where I heard warranty team would look at ic pipes, take videos and ask for it to be removed. They make a big deal of engine mods or else they'll say you'll lose warranty.

Back to Isuzu Cavite, I found out that they also blank egr of crosswinds if a customer comes in and asks to clean inlet manifold post warranty..

at the back of my head I was thinking, bakit pa ko maghihintay magdumi at magpalinis sa inyo before pa magpablank kung kaya ko naman gawin ngayon at maiwasan magdumi intake ko. [emoji38]

Yes. Yun nga yung sinasabi ko sa kanila. Baka mamaya. Hindi agad tumutulo yung sa drain ng aircon. Baka nastustuck muna.

Please refer to Sir A's reply just take out the whole assembly, please note and refer on the attached pic, on the longer side of the assembly, there are two metallic clips, just press using mini tools or with trim remover and pull out the assemblies.

Kung mapili ka sa tint sir at pedeng 3m na colorstable. Yun po pakabit niyo. Kung d pede. Sa labas na kayo patint para makapili.
