Share ko lang.. brought my SF up to Pagudpud.....i really like the power this SUV gives... power starts at 2200 RPM and you really get to feel the power. Passing cars along Mcarthur highway was a breeze... I only averaged 11.4km/liter with 5 adults and 2 kids... lots of baggage.

Sharing some pics..copied from the HARI pics..but instead of sa Sand dunes of Laoag...its from the Bangui Windmills.

left Manila with 800+ km on the odometer....came home with 2050+ km... now time for the first PMS

I also noticed..the right side of the 2nd row seats...can slide forward by moving the level...but on the left side...first you need to slide it then move forward the back part of the seats....but getting in and out is really a trick....lol.....

Just discovering the plethora of features of the SF..... the features that I currently love is the auto hold and electronic hand brake. Makes my life a lot easier sa stop and go traffic in Metro. Haay, ginagawa akong tamad nitong SF, hehehe

Nice photos Av8or5.. Wala ka pa plates? Lupet ng power diba the torque is awesome V8 like. No sweat talaga kahit madami kang passengers and Luggages. By the way, does your rear trunk levers work to auto fold the 2nd row seats? Mine seems to do nothing and I don't want to pull too much as I afraid to snap the cable. Anyhow, nothing happens when I try pulling the lever. I am thinking there is a lock somewhere.

*bjreyesmd - true the Autohold does the auto braking for you even when in traffic. I a, a bit conservative so I mostly leave it off. In some forums they use Autohold on stop and go traffic. I am not sure though its long term effects, this is why I am conservative using it.

By the way guys, use Unioil. Tested it and it gives a longer time before our DPF filter goes on regeneration mode. Unioil has clean diesel at 50ppm, true to their advertisement.

Akala ko nung una nagloloko siya, tumitiklop at bumubuka mag-isa yung mga side mirror habang nililinis ko si SF, yun pala pag nilapit mo yung Smart Key talagang ibubuka niya yung mga side mirror.

Kung yan yun may PAPAGO GPS.. That HU came from Growl Audio. I had it before, but returned it to my dealership... I found the radio to be weak.. Check mo kung pareho tayo, have you notice that the quality of the radio nagbago specially if you are crusing. Parang from Stereo nagiging MONO.. Tsaka ang ayoko sa kanya, nawala yung clock feature nya.. Sa stock kasi, if you turn the radio off, the clock will be displayed.. Unlike sa OEM-HU, you need to turn it on para may clock feature.. Mabagal din ang ipod connectivity. You need to scroll it one at a time to reach the album you want..

I am going another route.. I am waiting for the correct panel para Pioneer or Alphine ang ilalagay ko.

Lastly, I know the radio quality sounds crap.. Pero yung OEM HU kasi, has the tendency to change the sound quality. Unlike sa stock radio na hindi.

Correct bro, yan nga yun nkalagay sa unit ko...at medyo may sabit nga sa radio, kala ko ay dahil dito lang kami sa bundok nakatira .
Wala ngang maibigay na maayos na instruction manual ang Hyundai Pampanga para dito sa growl audio, kaya kinakapa ko pa.

Btw, any bros na mag recommend na gumagawa ng seat cover? tia

i need your help in here. it's not me getting an SF (how i wish). anyway, i run my own small scale marketing company. i help research, plan, process paper works, launch, survey, promo and marketing, many more to mostly start-up companies in the consumer and service industry like resto's and bar. for some reason i got a project that started as a friendly chat with one of my clients and he wants me to make a presentation about the new sta.fe. a power point presentation to be exact. not too technical but more of an overview of the unit,


i told him marami naman dealership where he could get brochures or whatever source of material pero they insist gusto nila power point presentation and syempre i'm getting paid for the days work so sige i said give me 2 days hehe!

what's the best source for spec sheets? for what i know iba-iba specs and features pag grey market so i'll be sticking with the local units lang. what i'm thinking is get a brochure nalang then gawin ko power point pero i'll personally take pics nung interior/exterior/engine bay.

i'm not breaking any laws of copywrite or intellectual issues here, tama ba? i'll be presenting it with just 3-4 of his managers including him.

I got some materials na. From local magz and brochures and dito. Pretty same naman ang figures. Problem solved. Take some pics nalang to my nearest hyundai dealer na may sf para naman may contribution ako

With regards sa HU, had mine also changed dun sa OEM sa casa because my kid would get disappointed pag di niya makita cartoons niya. Anyway, sound quality ng dvd, cd, mp3 is ok naman. Good thing di ako masyado gumagamit ng radio, hehe

I still don't have my plates, but I have the O.R. and C.R. weeks ago. Regarding your question, I tried it..it does work on my unit. Napansin ko lang..its the right side that folds forward then you can slide it.... sa left side..dapat slide mo muna before mo fold...i find it weird.

btw, I found out another good feature of SF.. when you place your car on Reverse and the mirror switch is either on left or right toggle, our mirror automatically moves down so we can see the tires and curb when reversing..i guess this is useful in parallel parking or when backing up into a space near/next to a curb or sidewalk.

Yung pHDM 4x2 ang hindi naka leather.. Pina leather ko yung sa akin.

Wala atang DPF filter ang PHDM..

It should have if your engine is Euro V like ours not sure with the earlier generation. If it is full you will hear a tube charging something like a silent generator when it's in cleaning or regeneration mode. You just need to let it do its process and not worry.

If the local unit has it then that is great. You can actually bypass it by placing the selector switch of the side mirror to the left or right position. Maintaining it in the middle will cause it to retract as you lock your doors. Cool ain't it!?
