    sir sa akin yung brake sound nalabas lang pag hinugasan ko ang gulong. pag nabasa ng tubig ang disc/rotor nagkakaroon ng yellowish layer/kalawang kaagad. nagkakaroon ng ingay pag mag brake o maganit pero pag nawala na ang kalawang nawawala naman ang sound.

    sa wiper naman nagpalit na ako pero nalundag parin after few days. wala effect ang rain x pati ang windshield washer fluid. nag mix nalang ako ng 1tbsp joy /10 cups mineral water. or anybody has found a solution para di lumundag/maingay wiper? i noticed ang ibang SUV ganoon din lumulundag wiper nila.

    kanina lumundag yun wiper ko. went to handyman para palitan yun wiper walang available na size. 24" and 16" ba yun size nang wiper natin?

    napilitan na lang ako bumili nang polyglaze wiper wash so far medyo nawala naman yun lundag.

    nagpakabit rin pala ako nang wiper up wala rin effect.

    for the gls theta, napansin ko rin na maingay yung tappet arms sa umpisa when cold start but the noise resides as the engine gets warmer. mejo bothering especially kung bago yung tucson. the theta 2 engines in our tucs are similar to the mitsu's 4b11 which is the upgraded version of the older mitsu 4g63 (engines used in 6g galant gti and evos 1-3), sakit ng mga 4g63 is the tappet arms too....maingay sobra as it ages. i am just hoping hindi ganito yung theta 2 engines, pag nagkataon, that would be 16 pcs of tappets amounting to roughly 800 each(based on mitsu parts ha)...paktay...labor pa!

    may naka experience na rin ba sa inyo ng engine cogging on cold start when you didn't use the car for atleast 2 days? i often experience cogging or yung parang choking (parang wala sa timing) whenever i do not use the car for atleast 2 days. so i turn off the engine and just start it again. parang hindi agad pumapasok yung fuel sa engine e. wala lang akong time to really tinker with the engine so i could analyze it better. not really a big concern so far.

    di ko lang din sure if nagstart yun tunog after 1k pms. mineral oil lang kasi nilagay dahil wala daw available na semi synthetic that time. kakairita kasi parang diesel yung engine. suspect ko rin kasi yun oil sa mas mataas na fuel consumption. Before 1k PMS kasi usual FC around 10L/100Km but now nasa 10.8 na.
    regarding sa choking di ko pa naman naexperience since di ko pa natry di paandarin ng matagal. ang pansin ko lang din is malakas yun nginig nya during cold start at habang mataas pa yun idle nya pero pag normal idle na sya wala nang nginig.

    Confirmed nga na yun mineral oil ang cause ng knocking sound sa engine. I replaced the oil with shell helix plus(10W40) and nawala yun noise. Observe ko na lang yun fuel consumption kung mas matipid na ulit. Super lapot ng mineral oil na nilagay sa casa nun 1k PMS kaya nagkaroon ng knocking sound. Yun lang daw kasi available sa kanila last week kaya no choice. Sobrang noticeable yung difference ng lapot ng oil na pinalitan ko kahit sa dipstick pa lang pansin ko malapot talaga. Next time try ko na magdala ng sarili kong oil para sure in case wala na naman stock ng semi synth.

    Question for the GL CRDi owners, do you find the Gauge Cluster a little too bright? Had the opportunity to sit in one last night and was wondering why they removed the rheostat adjustment. Didn't get to drive it though but was wondering if anyone has any negative feedbacks about it.
    I'm also wondering how much of an upgrade it would take if palalagyan sa casa.

    i have this problem now, the gauges are too bright lalo na if driving in a pitch dark road. though having a cluster rheostat would solve it. i called several casa's in which they dont install these daw
