April 10th, 2010 10:59 AM #31wow nice hyundai! i think their top 3 selling vehicles are starex, sta fe and tucson. because yan ang pinaka madami sa kalsada nowadays. but the only problem i encountered sa hyundai dealership is parang hindi sila maasikaso sa customers. nung kinuha ko yung tucson after signing the papers. e iniwan kame nung SA namen at nakipag close door meeting sa iba. pinasa lang kame sa iba. hindi man lang ng offer ng drinks or something. and naubusan pa sila ng matting at hindi nila sinabi sa aken na walang stock yung matting. pg uwi ko tsaka ko lang napansin. then after calling them tsaka lang sinabi na out of stock yung matting. i think the overall customer service of hyundai sucks (don't know if all the dealership are alike) unlike sa honda, toyota and mitsu maasikaso talaga. buti nalang maganda yung mga kotse nila kaya malakas sila bumenta.

April 13th, 2010 06:17 PM #37Just asking, does Hyundai Motor manufacture its own engines right now? Or are they still using Mitsubishi derived engines? It seems they are ahead in CRDI technology compared with Toyota, Mitsubishi, Isuzu.

'Grats Hyundai.
For me, Hyundai is focusing on the design department.
Look at Starex, Santa Fe and Tucson, these models are the most stylish looking on its respective class.

I'm not surprised. Hyundai has learned to make its negatives its positives. Invested heavily in quality, design and research and now reaps the reward. Even Kia has reaped the rewards as well (at least globally).
But with JPEPA just around the corner. I hope the Japs would capitalize on this price advantage. The outlook is quite healthy for the local automotive industry. Car sales are up and there's a sign that it is sustainable.
Puwede siguro gapang ang wire sa space ng rear hatch lifter/struts papunta sa rear bumper, tapos...
