I have said it before and I will say it again -the SF in general is quite a very good car. Hindi nga siguro perfect as nothing is perfect in this world but buying a Santa Fe has never been a mistake to put it straight. I brought the car again to the casa this morning and the SA had witnessed the remaining moisture left on the headlight. I was advised that they will resolve this nagging problem as they are also being "hammered" by HARI. May mga kunting kinks lang at magawaan din ito nang remedyo -I was promised. I brought this issue here so that potential buyers can have a bird's eye view pertaining to "support" issues after they have decided to buy a Santa Fe. Initially I was apprehensive about it when nothing had been done and now I was convinced that HARI is also concerned about my case. Kahapon they had called the SA to follow up on the problem of my lights. Aftermarket support is what was always bothering me and n
ow that all changed when they carried out the necessary works.
And don't tell me that the Fort or Ford is better in this particular scenario because a few days back, I managed to talk -at a parking space - the owner of a month old Fortuner with a similar headlight problem like mine -moisture buildup. Other than that I would say the SF still gains the upper hand in my selection.

Sir if you dont mind, can you give us some info regarding your SF-color,variant,freebies,your sales agent(contact #) in Cebu, pics of your SF including the conduction sticker, replied email from HARI,etc...give us feedback about yourself first,we have to validate if this is reality or script..
na mimis interpret kayo na nanggugulo lang....
if proven na totoo kayo,HINGI PO AKO PAUMANHIN
Our intentions in posting here as SF owners ay para magtulungan at mag shares ng views with fellow owners
We question posts that will misled the readers, kung misleading ang post siguro naman dapat lang i verify kung totoo,at kung talagang totoo-sama sama tayong i-solve ang problema![]()
Look at what I found. 2008 Santa Fe. Kelan kaya labas dito sa atin
![]()
same problem din ako with moist but for me ok lang yun anyway inereport ko na din sa HAI and they told me to wait * least 1 month for the replacement..para laging bago headlight ko yun nga lang di ko pa ma pa HID baka hindi i cover ng warranty..kaya pag napalitan na si sir C190 kulitin ko na kayo re. mga bulbs![]()
For me.. say what they want to say basta I LOVE my SF
Subukan po ninyong itype ang "headlight moisture" sa google search. Result will lead you to discussions from different links regarding this particular problem.
I guess good news naman pala. Btw, naayos ba today o re-sched for later na naman? Did they gave you a logical explanation or an assessment perhaps of what might have caused the moisture?
I humbly appeal to everyone not to mention any car brands in defense of the SF.Kahit related siya, its better not to fuel any bitter arguments and confrontations with other owners of other models. Just my opinion. Enough has been said and posted on other threads regarding their brands. Lets just enjoy our rides. Hate is something no one enjoys.
Maam LR, bro C190. Re-post ko lang site for everyone. Re: Cool accessories for Korean cars.
