Laus group yung nirereklamo ni yebo na kumukupal sa kanya. Hyundai Balintawak to be exact. Yung Hyundai Pampanga walanghiya rin daw, overpricing ang ginagawa.

overpricing na nga ng 100% over other dealers e shotgun pa kung mag-trouble shoot. palit ito-palit yan-palit lahat baka sakali makuha natin sira.

Pero kung waranty claim, higpit dito higpit duon, pukpok dito at pukpok duon hanggang sa manawa ka na kakaparit-parito sa casa nila!hehehe

We bought our Hyundai Accent under Laus group. Pero regarding our warranty claim, sa Hyundai E.Rod kami nagpunta when we had our headlights replaced due to moisting which is only 4 months old at that time. They just asked me to email the picture of the headlights with "moist" and the service booklet. Then after 3 weeks, they texted me that the replacement has arrived. So as per my experience, walang hassle so far.

Sir dinj,pede po makita yong pic na ngmomoist na headlight?baka po kasi pareho tau ng case na akala ko normal lang un sa mga headlight or baka dapat ko na rin po pa claim ng warranty yong sken. Tnx!

yung starex nmin s hyundai baliuag nmin nkuha, member dn ng laus group! ibig sabihin may dealers cla n pangit ang service at sales? sa bagay kmi 50% d.p walang disc...dapat bng i boycott ang ilang dealers ng hyundai n member ng laus?

Help me out here, I got a 2009 Hyundai I10 under warranty at Prince motors in commonwealth, it has a busted aircon compressor and a busted alternator. The aircon compressor I have been complaining for more than 1 year, finally was brought in for service. It has been 3 weeks and no confirmation yet from them if the warranty is approved or not. Then according to them, if approved thats when they will check for the availability of the parts, if there is no available parts, then I would have to wait for at least month depending on the shipment!....any comments?!!! Helps? Suggestions?
