Parang nagkaroon ng water leak GS ko nung typhoon Santi. May tumutulong tubig sa mga rear speakers. Never naman nangyari ito before.

It is behind the lower glove compartment. You will need to drop the glove compartment, there are 2 tabs on the side. Once the glove compartment is off its tabs you will see the aircon filter compartment.

just a small gauge #16 plate will do. effective sya talagang mawawala usok at lalakas ang hatak at di namadududmihan ang intake manifold ng raide natin.. pwede rin sya bypass na lng ang egr yung sa hose para di na mag open.. sa montero dami na nakagawa kahit bago pa lang kahit sa fortuner.

3SM ang battery ng GS.

Just had our GS VGT's battery replaced last Friday. The stock battery lasted 3 years and 2 weeks. I got a 3SM Motolite Gold with reverse polarity. It costs P5.6k here in Pangasinan less P500 if you trade in the old battery. It must be cheaper there in Manila.

I would've wanted the Motolite Excel (top of the line) but only the Gold has reverse polarity.

Reminds me of my unplanned purchase last January also in Pangasinan. Damn thing didn't last me much more than 2 years though. Wanted to have gotten an AC Delco here in Manila prior to the trip, but when I had it tested, it was still good, supposedly for another 6 months. Ayun, nalamigan ata sa Baguio kaya nagloko na nung bago kami bumaba. Forced to good to get a unit in Urdaneta.

Could be your fan belt. Needs tightening or possibly replacement.

Where is our ECU located?

^^my guess is check mo passenger side kick panel sir. you may have to remove the whole plastic siding. dun ang ecu ng GRX, there's a good chance andun din ang sa GS.

Could be your fan belt. Needs tightening or possibly replacement.

walang manual adjustment ng belt tension. meron yang belt tensioner pulley na spring loaded. so most probable culprit is a worn belt or worn belt tensioner pulley. 3 years ago on my previous GRX the belt cost P2k, tensioner pulley P1.5 k. DIY lang so no labor. since it's basically the same engine the belt and tensioner should be the same, or similarly priced (+ inflation of course).

it's a pain in the ass to replace. you will need a 14mm socket on a long power handle or a 14mm box with a cheater pipe. di pwede ang ratchet drive kasi hindi mo mare-release after.
